Very good lunch this afternoon. The beef tartare is excellent. The staff are also very welcoming, and all at the foot of the Arc de Triomphe.

Very refined and layered taste profiles, very fresh and if eaten with right tempo also filling after two plates. The service is amazing and takes care of you like you were a family. Absolutely must visit when running down the hill from Sacre-Coeur.
