Pierre Gagnaire was another 3 star Michelin restaurant we dined in when we were in Paris back in 2023. As far as we can recall, the dishes were very good except for the foie gras. Very good!!!! The small plates were perfect. Superb perfect duck liver and brain gratin which were both unparalleled in creaminess. The amberjack is also very good, which goes perfectly with the tanginess of the orange. The pollack and lamb pie were also very good, but perhaps a little less surprising after the faultless performance of the 3 previous plates. The pie seemed a cut above in terms of price. We ended on a very good note with fiadone
